Permitted Use

• Use the platform to discover, connect with, and hire AI developers (businesses) or to offer your AI development services (developers).
• Create accurate profiles that truthfully represent your skills, experience, and services.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with other users.
• Provide honest reviews and feedback based on genuine experiences.

Prohibited Conduct

• Creating fake profiles, impersonating others, or misrepresenting qualifications.
• Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or repetitive pitches.
• Posting misleading portfolio work or fabricated testimonials.
• Attempting to circumvent the platform to avoid subscription fees or contact users outside the system.
• Scraping, crawling, or programmatically accessing user data without authorization.
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or content designed to harm other users.
• Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users.

Content Standards

• All profile content, project descriptions, and communications must be professional and relevant.
• Do not share confidential business information belonging to clients without permission.
• Pricing information must be accurate and not intentionally misleading.
• Portfolio projects must be work you have actually contributed to — clearly label team vs. solo work.

Enforcement

• We monitor for violations using automated tools and user reports.
• First-time minor violations may result in a warning.
• Repeated or serious violations may lead to temporary suspension (7–30 days).
• Severe violations (fraud, harassment, malicious content) result in immediate permanent ban.
• Banned users forfeit any remaining subscription period without refund.

Reporting Violations

• Use the "Flag" feature on any profile, post, or message to report a violation.
• You can also email trust@vibeforme.ai with details.
• We review all reports within 48 business hours.
• Reporting is anonymous — the reported user will not know who flagged them.
