We process your data based on:
- Contract: To provide the marketplace service you signed up for.
- Legitimate interest: To improve our service, prevent fraud, and ensure platform safety.
- Consent: For marketing emails and analytics (which you can opt out of).
- Legal obligation: Tax records, fraud prevention requirements.
Your Rights
Right of Access
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. We will provide this within 30 days of a verified request.
Right to Rectification
If any of your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request correction. You can update most data directly in your account settings.
Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten)
You can request deletion of your personal data. This includes your profile, messages, and associated content. Some data may be retained for legal or compliance purposes.
Right to Data Portability
You can request an export of your data in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON). Use Settings > Privacy > Export My Data, or contact us.
Right to Restrict Processing
You can request that we limit how we process your data while a complaint or correction request is being resolved.
Right to Object
You can object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes at any time. Unsubscribe links are included in all marketing emails.
Right to Withdraw Consent
Where we rely on your consent to process data, you can withdraw it at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
How to Exercise Your Rights
You can exercise most rights directly from your account Settings > Privacy page. For formal requests, email privacy@vibeforme.ai with your request. We will respond within 30 days. You may be asked to verify your identity.
Supervisory Authority
If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
